Guided Meditations

A short sample from a live meditation offered at a Sunday Service in March.

Guided meditations are a time to sit and relax in a comfortable space. There are soft guided messages provided gently throughout the meditation. This is to help participants keep focus. Being in this type of space helps us de-stress and renew our soul and spirit. We are able to rejuvenate. Taking time to be still and breathe helps us keep balance in our lives.

These are designed for centering, relaxing, reducing stress and reconnecting. The meditation room is candlelit and has couches, chairs, floor cushions and lovely salt lamps. Sound healing with crystal bowl and Tibetan bowl gently used throughout session. Listed here are several different themes or focus of group Guided Meditations offered.

Each of these meditations has a focus of getting us back to spiritual basics.  No experience necessary. 

Guided Meditations are offered in-person throughout the year. Remote, private or personalized recorded Guided Meditations can be ordered.


Healing and Receiving Love – gently guided meditation

Healing MeditationThrough guided imagery and meditation, in this class, we explore being still and being able to open up our hearts and spirit to be able to receive. We can receive love, messages, guidance, support, feelings, awareness, connections and gifts.  We open ourselves up to the Divine gifts and energies extended to us. We learn how to also always follow this with appreciation and thanks. It is the intention that this class will lead participants to feeling comfortable, good at natural receiving.


Giving: Thankfulness, Gratitude & Blessings Meditation

Gratitude Meditation

This is a gently guided meditation with a focus of Thankfulness, Gratitude and Blessings in a comfortable atmosphere of angelic music. This is designed for us to have time to feel and express thankfulness and gratitude and also to send blessings. This can be for life, a situation, for others, self, earth or anything else.  It is deeply relaxing and healing for us and others. The meditation room is candlelit and has couches, chairs, floor cushions and lovely salt lamps. Sound healing with crystal bowl and Tibetan bowl gently used throughout session. No experience necessary. Introverts welcome.


Clearing and Cleansing – ‘Lovely Water Meditation’ 

P1190447Just as important as the ability to receive is the ability to release and let go that which is no longer needed or no longer serves us. Learn to identify thoughts, ideas tensions or fears that are no longer beneficial to us, thank and release them. Through a variety of meditations and exercises, we will explore tools to help us release and feel good doing so. The focus will be on getting us back to the basics with cleansing, clearing, releasing and renewing. Water helps us do that. Some aspects of Frog Medicine will be covered. The session will be gently guided with lightly interweaving of crystal bowl and rose stone chimes sounds. No experience necessary.


Sound Healing Meditation

This guided meditation uses the soothing and vibration healing sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bows, rose quartz chimes infused with healing Reiki energies in a candle lit room with salt lamps. The focus is on relaxation and rejuvenation. The first half hour will be only in the ambiance of the music and bowls for vibration healing, relaxing, centering and rejuvenating. The second half, there will be a gently guided meditation with angelic music with a focus on connection. Sound helps align the energy centers. No experience necessary.


Grounding and Connecting

DSCN4328The focus of this meditation is on grounding and connecting with our wise ancestors, spirit guides and higher soul. The music will be gentle native American songs of life. Soft, ethereal, some lightly upbeat, with voices that echo grace, beauty and our soul connection. There will be light guided instruction along the way. This is to help us feel our both our spiritual connection and grounding in ourselves. Earth helps us do that. Sound and music can help us do that. Sharing can help us do that. This session focuses on becoming grounded. It explores the feelings and qualities associated with being grounded. This enhances our stability and knowing in life. It helps us feel safe, secure and confident. Attention is paid to developing the inner feeling of strength through guided meditations and exercises.

L. Leigh Love is a Certified Intuitive Counselor and Certified Life Coach offering unique services of Creativity Coaching and Angel Reading with Energy Healing Session. She is an accomplished Reiki Master Teacher and Advanced Pranic Healer. She completed the  Mind-Body Medicine professional training program through The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, University of Minnesota Medical School.  She also has a master’s Physician Assistant medical degree. She uses her intuitive skills in animal communication and offers Pet Honoring sessions. As well, she draws on 20 years of training in Psychology, Spiritual Studies and the Intuitive and Healing Arts. She has a passion for helping clients heal and live their best lives.
