Gently Guided Healing Meditation and Class

Come and sit and enjoy a gentle guided healing meditation and class with a focus on opening to and bringing healing energy in as well as receiving (love, healing, gifts, blessings, guidance, messages and support). Comfortable atmosphere of angel music, some crystal bowl sound healing used.
The first part will be a discussion and overview of the components and dynamics of healing with Q&A followed by a 40-45 minute gently guided healing meditation with angel music. Some self-healing techniques and exercises are included. Healing is a part of life. Come learn how to increase this for yourself and others! No experience necessary. This is designed for centering, relaxing, reducing stress and reconnecting.
Through a relaxing, lightly guided imagery and meditation, this allows us to just be in a space of healing energy to open to the Divine gifts, support and energies available to us.
Session will help participants revitalize their ‘receiving love receptor’ in their heart center, as well as increase connection to their spirit guides, higher self and spiritual support team. In the balance of giving and receiving, the session also has time of expressing appreciation and thanks and giving blessings to others.
Each meditation session has a basic format, but each session is unique in teaching and meditation from spirit guidance and healing energies. The actual meditation time is about 45minutes.
Please wear comfortable clothing and remember to have the cell on silent. Space has ample chairs. Feel free to bring cushion or matt, if preferred. Please arrive on time or a few minutes early so that we may start on time.
COVID precautions: Space limited to 6 attendees. Due to limited space, reservations are required prior to class.
