Life Coaching sessions help coach clients n navigating through life to establish desired outcomes. Sessions help coach clients to deeper their awareness and connection to inner knowing. Sessions can be used to help address a specific issue or to assist with enhancing and developing higher life goals. Certified both as an Intuitive Counselor and a Life Coach, I bring the best of both to assist you on your path. These Life Coaching Sessions can involve utilizing intuitive tools to receive guidance that is useful for the client, and help to create a clear strategic process for the client to follow for achieving their short and long term goals. Other spiritual tools used during sessions can include guided imagery, energy work, light work, coaching techniques, Bridge-of-Light Techniques, and more. I use a variety of tools and methods to help empower the client.
